Returns

If for any reason you aren’t happy with your Galaxykittyapparel simply send it back to us within 14 days. We can offer exchanges if you’d like a different size/color/item or return approved items for a refund.

Returns must be in original condition; tags and original packaging in tact, unwashed, unworn, clean condition.

Shipping fees will NOT be credited and return shipping cost is the customers responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 1-5 days after we receive your return, and funds may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear back into your bank account.

Any item that is returned more than 25 days after delivery will under no circumstance be considered for a refund or exchange.
